at 5:58 you could have played the b4 move earlier winning your piece and 2 pawnshis blunder cost him the match though~Aqua

@jrobichess Hi Jrobi, I am sympathetic to your goal of self-improvement. Being a long standing chess trainer in the Netherlands, I know the most important thing in starting out is improving your tactics. Now there happens to be a really great method in the Netherlands called the step-method. It consists of 6 steps (each dealing with about 15 subjects and about 50 excersises per subject in the form of tactical diagrams) and can be easily ordered. It improves till about 2000

i have friends who play the alekhine defense, and play them pretty well. you should check it out. =)

i agree with numbcore, about b4 at 5:54. Unless i missed something, im pretty sure it wins the knight or bishop.
